If you are lucky you would have lost the fuse on the sub woofer module which powers the whole unit. If not, yes you will need a qualified technician to look into the matter because its not a small offense to plug a 110 device into 220v.

I plugged my 32hlc56 into 240 outlet in Cebu and its only 120, no power now, can I have it repaired and where?

You should take your TV to some good electronic service and they should check if it can be repaired. Obvously you overcharged it and PROBABLY some part of the circuit board burned out. Maybe it's just a cable, or the insulation or maybe it has a massive damage. it's a question of verifying if damaged part can be replaced or repaired and for how much.
No way to tell for sure extente of damage, I'm just guessing.

What will happen if inserted the 110v input d-link wireless router power supply to a 220v outlet? does my router busted or just the power supply?

Most likely you have damaged not only the power supply but also the D-Link wireless router unless the power adapter is a multi-voltage power adapter. Check the label on the power adapter and if the input voltage is a fixed 110 volt power supply you are in trouble.
You can try getting a 110v power adapter and connect it into the D-Link and if it works then you are lucky.

I accidentally plugged in my pulmoneb in a 220v outlet

plugging a 110v device into a 220v outlet is not likely, as the plugs are a different configuration. In the event that you somehow managed to do that, your device is probably fried, as that would be to much voltage. Hate to say it; but you are probably gonna need a new one

My Bose radio will not turn on. I plug it in and the radio lights up and then it goes dead this all happens in about 60 seconds...any suggestions ? I am in Xian China the radio worked fine prior to coming...

Hi,
If that unit came from the states, the power would be 110V and in China tjhe voltage they use is 220V.
That means, you have to check the fuse in the radio, replace if it is already open.If the fuse is still okay, the power circuit has a burned parts.
My advise is to send it to a electronic tech or the nearby service center.
Hope that helps!

110v lcd tv was plugged to 22ov outlet

Hello nik286, hi, check first the label at the back of the TV, look for a voltage input something like a 90V-240V, if you see this, its an autovolt system, this type of power supply input is standard nowadays. Assuming your asking what would be damage, this could be anything from the fuse, thermal resistor, rectifier diodes, and the regulator IC of the power supply board.
