Make sure you are fully engaging your clutch. If you are, then the shift linkage needs to be adjusted.

Neutral and live reversed on ac output is this a problem

If the neutral is not "earthed" (connected to case) it isn't a problem.

My fg6000mk 11 horse had valve break and ruined the head. where do i get parts

I am pretty sure that is a Honday 11 Hp engine. The part number for the head is

030730Q01F000 (CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY)

Most lawn mower parts supply places can have your part in hand in a couple of days. I was not able to find a price for the head but I know they are not cheap.

When you call or visit the lawn mower parts store make sure you have the engine model number with you. They amy even ask for a serial number. The numbers are near the oil drain plug toward the bottom of the crankcase but under the starter.

Let your fingers do the walking on the phone first... you could drive about for sometime before finding the shop that can help you. (i.e yellow pages Lawn mower repair)

Thanks for using FixYa!

Ihave a g900 clarke generator that runs perfect, smells of petrol

Hi i have the same unit, i believe that this is just after fumes that actually smell very much like petrol. As this happens to mine as well and the cap is a very tight seal. Its very much like the smell of an old petrol lawn mower.

Do you know which way round the 240v plugs go.... for instance, which pin is positive (live) and which pin is ment to be negitive (neutral).

As you can put the plug in either way it just seems wrong??

Mower will not stay running

Sounds like a lack of fuel. If it has a briggs motor replace fuel pump diaphram in carb.

Changing blades on Huskee LT4200 Riding Lawn Mower

No they are right handed thread just correded on. What I would try is heating the bolt up then spraying W.D. 40 on it let it set for 5 mins then try breaking it loose. Just one thing spray the W.D. 40 while its hot but not near a flame.

Hope this helps You
