Wondered around a bit and found few steps that might help you solve error 132
Remove Temp Files
Go to the World of Warcraft installation directory on your hard disk.
If you have an Interface folder, rename it or delete it, after you do this remove all the files in your Cache and WTF folders.
Update Drivers Make sure that your motherboard, video, sound, and network card drivers are updated.
I think this should do the trick, if any of you true WoW experts (my WoW knowledge is very basic), has a better way, or a suggestion to improve this solution, post it.

I have a disc of Hasbro's monopoly that I got from a cereal box a while ago. I just got a new computer that runs on vista and the game isn't running on this computer. It worked fine on my other computer that ran on xp. Any tips?
