If you have an anti virus programme installed, start your pc in safe mode (F8 while booting up) and then run your anti virus and anti spyware programme and also check your temp folder for suspicious folders dated arond the time you downloaded, the only free good anti virus programme is AVG 8 free if you don't have one.

My netbook run to slow since yesterday;how to fix it its possible by download product it s perpormance get better?

The problem with default settings on computers is the pre-loaded software that comes with computers. These pre-loads could cause a system to run slowly. Best fix, hit start button, type "msconfig" in the search bar/command line. Box shows up, hit startup tab, and uncheck the programs you don't want starting up. This means, less programs running, faster running computer. Apply and ok it, wants you to restart/reboot, do so and see how it runs after.

Running in safe mode as normal start up is really slow or does not load.

Follow this trick to fix infected Laptop:

Disable Unwanted Programs from Running at Windows Startup
Running too many programs at the Windows startup reduces the system performance. To speed up Windows 7, you have to disable the unwanted third-party programs from running at Windows startup.

  • Click Start ' Type MsConfig and press ENTER
  • Click Startup tab.
  • Uncheck the entries of the programs that you do not wish to run at system startup.
  • Click Apply.
  • Do the same for the entries in the Services tab.
  • Click Apply ' OK.
  • Restart the computer when prompted.

To fix this problem instantly use PCFresher system utility.

How do I get it to down load windows? When I shut down It says installing updats 1 of 2 for about 1 hour and than 2of 2 for another hour every time I close down.

This can be due to faulty errors that have crept into the operating software and it could be that some registry files are missing or corrupt. If you have a recovery disc, then it can be installed and the software corrected. If not the OS must be reinstalled. Also check for virus and clean up the PC from unwanted files specially the browser from cookies and search history.

It takes a long time to load internet pages and often hangs. My internet connection speed is reasonable it at 128kbps.

I would do 2 things. First scan for viruses. You can download Malwarebytes free HERE. Install it and let it update then run a full scan. Second download Ccleaner HERE . Install and run the cleaner which will remove junk files and temp files including your temp. internet cache and cookies amoung other unwanted junk that slows down your computer. This should speed up your connection unless you have a hardware problem which would be difficult to diagnose online. Good Luck!

Everytime we boot up our computer it says press f1 to do something and f2 to enter setup mode?

generally an indication that something is wrong in the system setup. Press F2 and enter setup, check the time and date settings and the system event log (If BIOS has one) for incorrect settings, also check and see if the BIOS shows a hard drive installed.

If time and are wrong, set them to correct and save settings. If system keeps losing time and date after power is removed, then the backup battery may need to be replaced.

If HDD is not detected, then reseat it. If still not detected replace it.

While typing or scrolling, the window will automatically minimize on Toshiba laptop.

it sounds like there is something running in the background of your laptop, try scanning it for viruses and its also a good idea to scan for Malware, go to http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button and download it form there. if that fails then it would be best to remove any unwanted programs from your computer and or even start over with a fresh install of windows
