Ok well hopefully this should solve you problem:

Download the .dll file from here

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?advrcntr2

Extract it to (im not too sure so do them all)

C:\Windows\System

C:\Windows\System32

C:\Windows

Reboot your computer

then either try the application again or get another copy of it

Goodluck i hope this solves your problem

How do I reboot my laptop I had scanned it with norton Antivirus and nothing was found but something keeps popping up on my screen saying my computer is infected.

Your system is infected by malware which is not detected by Norton antivirus. You can download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software from below link:-
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button

Install it, update it and perform a scan. Hopefully, your problem will be solved.

After I turn on my computer I get a message that says; Primary drive 0 not found, primary drive 1 not found, secondary drive 1 not found, strike f1 key to continue, f2 to run the setup utility.

If you have a spare working hard drive to test in this computer, swap it out with the existing one. All you have to do is verify that a drive is found during the post. If you get the same message, I would suspect the IDE controller on the motherboard has failed. With the age of the computer (5 years), I would suggest getting a new or used computer to replace it. You may be able to find a replacement motherboard for it, but then to keep it legal with a Windows operating system, you have to locate a motherboard of the same make/model.

GeForce6100SM-M motherboard wont install LAN driver. keeps saying hardware/driver not found. In device manager it says location not found for lan devive

I would recommend seeing if the BIOS has a flash update and also, try going to the NVIDIA website and looking for the drivers from their support. They have general GeForce driver pack that has solved any issues I ever had with an NVIDIA Chipset.

Good Luck,
