Is it possible to repair the outdoor pcb of the panasonic inverter air con?

It depends on where you are. If Australia, there is a company in Melbourne that can repair the boards. I have used them and they do quality work.
Panasonic are pretty good for replacement parts though. Its worth pricing a new board first.

Con you tell me how much freon a 3 ton fidgedair spilt system holds i hit them line with the hedge trimmers. i am a lisence plumber so i can fix it just need to know how much it holds i am laided off at...

About 6 LBS what you need to do is cut the lines back and Install a coupler and braze the lines together. Then hook your guages up to the system pull a 30 inch vacuum with a vacuum pump. Then you can start charging the system with freon liquid through high side guage and gas through low side guage. Charge the unit till the big line probably 3/4 inch sweats back to the compressor till a half dollar sized ring is on the compressor where the line goes into.Let me know

My Panasonic Air Con (CS-C12GKH) is leaking water. This happens every few months and each time I have to get a technician to come. Is there a way to permanently resolve this problem?

The water is leaking due to a blocked drain (because of accumulation of mud). If you are able to clean it on your own, you don't have to call the technician. When you remove the houseing of the indoor unit, you can see the water collection tray at the bottom of the unit - thats what you have to clean.

My split system R/cycle air con is dripping water drops from the inside unit.

If this happens just recently, most probably the cause of dripping is that there is something that blocks and restricts the condensate line and it causes the water to overflow and drips.

Try to check the line if it is free from any obstruction.

Hope this help you.
Don't forget to rate me. Thanks...

My head unit keeps freezing up? never used cooling till now, but have used it for heating? why is this happening?

Sounds like you have a gas leak on your air con.
When the air con runs on heating it runs at a much higher pressure and has more chance of it leaking. I suggest you get a refrigeration tech out to test it out.
There are other things that it could be but none of them are fixable for someone that dosent have a refrigeration license. Sorry but hope it helps
