Yes, thanks. Boot Manager is only part of partition manager and has no separate entry in the list of programs.
However I'm happy with the service.

Go to the control panel, select "add/remove programs", and scroll down the list until you find it. When you do, select "remove" and the PC will walk you through the steps to remove it successfully.

Paragon 8.5 Special Edition Redistributioning partition sizes

Yes if it is taking this long then the drive has a fault on it of some sort, most probably bad sectors, I suggest you use a Boot DVD and THEN run the partitioning software get the UBCD, and that will allow you to boot and also has partition magic also. You have to download and burn the iso file to a CD/DVD, you may have to use a friends machine if yours can't.

your partition is in raw file system, so windows will not be able to format/delete. you have to delete it using a non windows tool. get hiren boot cd or paragon partition manager. born it to a cd. boot from it and select format from the file menu to format the harddisk. this time format it in ntfs file system format

I installed Paragon Partition Manager and set up boot manager. It said to restart my computer and I did. Now there is a boot screen that only shows one partition it says XP and the right side says boot...

If I were you I would pull the harddrive out, slave it to another machine and save all your documents before putting your harddrive back in and doing a full Dell restore.
Any wrong move at this point is likely to damage the MBR and render your machine unable to boot up at all.
