Your situation calls for the purchase of an amplified antenna. It is a regular antenna that uses an AC adapter to boost its reception clairity. A good brand of amplified antenna is Terk, and should not set you back more then 60 bucks at the most. There is also cheaper amplified antennas out there but do some research first as its absolutely true on the saying, you get what you paid for!
