Question about Dell Inspiron 8000 Notebook
I have a dell inspiron 8000 and ive had it for a while but now the only way i can use it is by plugging it in to a wall its strange when its plugged in it says charging but never gets past 0% and the charger light flashes orange, orange, orange, green
i really need sum advice cus im totally stumped!!!!!
Your battery has died, of a fail safe has kicked in. The orange light indicates that the battery isn't charging properly, and needs replaced. Replace the battery and it will be fine. Keep in mind that batteries are just batteries, they eventually wear out, and some faster than others. Also, the more you use the battery, the faster it will wear out, so I always recommend keeping the machine plugged in when possible.
