IS B60 UNDER WARRANTY?

How do you know by serial number if maker is under warranty? Display doesn't work at all?

Serial number


If you are looking for the serial number, it is located behind the drip tray. Pull it out and peek under its holding place. It's a white sticker.

Check the needle that pierces the bottom K-Cup, those can clog which can cause it to run slow.

If this doesn't help, it could be an issue with the B60 itself. If it's under warranty still, call Keurig, they'll likely send you a new one. The B60's seem to have control board issues. Every once in a while mine acts up, and I have to pull the plug, reset it, and fiddle with it til it starts working correctly.

Water will not come in and the display will not give any options. We bought this December 7, 2010.


Probably the heater circuit is defective. It should still be under warranty (or at least the customary vendor's 30 day satisfaction guarantee), so take it back and exchange it.

You do have a 1 year warranty, and if you are out of warranty. They will give a discount on a new unit.

My Keurig B60 will not brew. Power is on but dark display reads Not Ready
