Reinstall the VAIO Event Services driver in the computer.
You can reinstall the driver using the VAIO Care Software in the computer.
Click on start, in the search box type VAIO Care and press the enter key.
Then, click on recovery option from the left pane and click on install Applications and drivers from the right pane.
After that, select either the VAIO Event Service driver or the Sony Notebook Utilities as the Utilities contain the VAIO event Services driver. This should resolve the issue.
Ensure to restart the computer after installing the drivers and check if the event services are running in the computer.
Press the Windows logo key +R keys together to open run window.
Then, type "services.msc" without quotes and press the enter key.
Now, loacte the Event servives and check if they are running.

Dear Sir, Please send me mass storage device driver for my laptop sony vaio vgn b100b.

I couldn't immediately find your model number on the Sony support site so please double check that it's correct and then select your model number from the drop down box or enter your serial number at this link in order to view the available driver downloads for your laptop. You may find that the mass storage device driver is bundled within one of the main Intel executables.
