To save this to your computer it is very simple if you do not know already. Firstly wait for the whole document to load completely then once it has loaded right click on the screen and move your pointer down to Save As and left click, A window will appear and you can rename it anything you like as long as it has the .pdf extension at the end of it otherwise it will not be able to be read by acrobat reader until the .pdf extension has been added. Hi. Error 12 means you have run out of journal paper. replace the journal roll. The language can only be changed when the machine is fully cleared back to factory specs, then you must re-program it.
