I have a Bosch dishwasher model # shx4ap05uc/06 and I want to silence the alarm for when it is done. It goes off every 10 minutes until you open the door

Hi,

Yes, you can switch the cycle completion signal off (or raise/lower the volume)

1. Switch the dishwasher off using the ON/OFF button
2. Open the door
3. Switch the dishwasher on again. (One of the wash cycle LEDs will flash.)
4. Hold the > button in. Continue holding it and press and release the Start/Reset button once, then release the > button.

"Clean" and one other LED should now be flashing. This indicates that the dishwasher is in the options/settings mode. If they are not flashing, start over at step 1.

5. Press > repeatedly, until the LEDs for "Clean", "Sanitized" and "Rinse Agent" are all flashing.
6. Press repeatedly until none of the LEDs are flashing.

The number of flashing LEDs indicate the volume setting . . .

0 = Silent
1 = Volume level 1
2 = Volume level 2
3 = Volume level 3

7. Press the Start/Reset button once to save the setting and exit the options mode
8. Close the door
9. Switch the dishwasher off.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
BElectric

I have a Zanussi DX6453 dishwasher. Water will

Hello,
Try tipping the dishwasher back to see if any water drains out from below if there is water present then the anti-flood device is energised and stopping water coming into the unit.If it works now after resetting then there is a leak under the machine that needs investigating.You can try going into the diagnostics to read the alarms.If you hold in the first and third button from the left on programmer,whilst holding in then press the on/off button then when the lights start racing release these 2 buttons.You should now be in the diagnostics,now press the first button once and count the flashes of the end of cycle LED.If this button is pressed 2 more times it will give the previous alarms.1 flash could indicate fault on inlet water and valve.2 flashes drain circuit blocked.3 flashes anti-flood device.8 flashes faulty circuit board.Make sure after reading alarms to switch off unit then on then off to reset.Then go back into the diagnostics as before to reset alarms but this time press button 2 from left all LEDS will flash after exit as before.

Hope this helps.

I have no power on my dishwasher. I ran an extension cord to another outlet that I know has power and still nothing. I don have any led lights or anything. Can you help. GE model # GHDA960K03BB. Thank...

Few components may cause power failure to your Dishwasher.
1. Disconnect your power plug from the socket outlet.
2. Trace the cord to where it connected to your dishwasher.
3. Tight those connectors firmly .
4. Plug back your dishwasher power cord .Start your dishwasher.
If nothing happen, check if control board came with fuse or bimetal. check the continuity of the fuse., You may also check your latch assembly.If no power still change the console or the control board.

You need to reset the computer on the bottom. Had the same problem with mine. The Blinking led means the heating element is bad and will not operate.

Dishwasher's "Pot-n-Pans" light flashing

ga, behind the toe panel on the bottom there should be a tech sheet explaining how to put the dishwasher in the test mode. See if you can enter the test mode. If you can't, you probably have a stuck or shorted keypad. Catriver...post back
