Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
I have phillips 4g mp3 sa6045........i also have an asus 4g surf4 laptop. The mp3 came with a 4in floppy with directions on it. my surf4 only has a small card reader, no place for a 4 in floppy?......it would be great if i could loadwhats on that 4 in right off the internet....
Your MP3 player, like any other storage device can be formatted. Plug it into your computer using it's USB connectivity cable and your computer will register the device as an external drive, assign it a drive letter which will appear in Windows Explorer. From there you can RIGHT click on the drive letter and select the option to FORMAT the drive. Once this is completed, you will probably be able to copy songs back onto the player. Right now I am trying to find a download that will allow me to load the firmware back onto the device so I can use all the features.
