E.0.3. The pump’s thermometer reads the water temperature below 4°C (40°F)
1. The water temperature is lower than 4°C (40°F). 1. The spa is not designed to operate with water temperatures lower than 4?C (40°F). Please unplug the pump and move to a warmer ambient temperature. The pump should only be restarted when the water temperature reaches 6°C (43°F).

Why does my fan always run intermittently? During traffic jams my fan will run about 25 times intermittently, and I check my temperature it is still normal?

sounds like problem with the temperature sensor or relay that controls the fan(if electric) check the sensor and relay one may need to be replaced.

My panasonic air conditioner does not turn off when cooling

At what temperature is the thermostat?
The temperature should never be lower than 70?F (21?C) for the unit to operate properly. If your temperature setting is above 70?F, then your unit might have a problem with the temperature sensor that controls the "on/off" cycle on your unit. For that you will need a professional certified HVAC tech to inspect it.

Most people think that lowering the temperature to the minimum will cool the room faster, but that is not the case. Since HVAC units move the air at a specific rate, it can only transfer the temperature, thus cooling/heating the air, within those parameters. That's what the calculation for the BTU is for. Normally cooling/heating the room to the desired temperature should take about 1 hour, but some new inverter units can do it in only 30 minutes or so. Lowering the temperature constantly or even keeping it at the lowest setting may cause premature failure of the unit.

We need to set water temp but can't find where to do it on the heater

The Atwood temperature adjustment is on the gas valve.
There is a metal lever sticking out.
Move the lever one direction, and if burner turns on, then move lever other direction to lower temperature.

If your gas valve is different, you might find answer on following page:

I have the Reliance 606 and my water has been extremely hot - do I need to change both of the heating elements in it

Are you aware of how to adjust thermostat(s) on water heater? Be sure to shut off power (circuit breaker(s) to water heater prior. Should be behind covers on tank. Both should have screw in center to allow you to back down temperature. Should have an arrow indicating current temperature setting, simply move it slightly toward lower temperature (usually counterclockwise, but just double check ) and try it, until desired temperature is reached.

Wear is the heater valve located in a 95 cadillac deville

Hello, There is not a heater valve, the temperature of the heater output is controlled by directing the air flow either through or around the heater core or somewhere in between depending on what temperature you want. There are actuators on the passenger side attached to the programmer. Remove the glove box and lower closeout panel on the passenger side with key on change temp setting and they should move, the lower one is for the driver side. These actuators were a high failure item.

Heater blows warm air

First thing, check coolant level. MAKE SURE THAT COOLING SYSTEM IS COLD BEFORE REMOVING RADIATOR CAP!!! If the coolant is full, then you need to go inside and check under the dash[you may need to remove lower hush panels] find the control cable and crank arm for the temperature control. Move the temperature control lever on the dash control to confirm and make sure the arm moves.
