You don't need a program disk for your router even if you reset the router. If you need the router software you may go to router Manufacturer website and you can download the software and firmwares. Unless it asks for the disk, then contact the company that you're with but normally, you don't need a setup disk, the only thing that most discs that come with routers are used for is to show you how to connect it, but if you already know, you don't need it, but once you have the router connected you should have internet connectivity.
To configure it you can simply contect a pc to one of its rj45 port. it will give the pc an ip address in a default range. but the must have its network connection configured to receive ip automatically.
See the status of the pc LAN connection and note the gateway ip address. then type this ip in your explore address bar to access the configuration page / program of the router.
