This is a problem with Powerline devices. Its a sort of hardware problem with the Powerline devices
Suggest you to get it replaced from Netgear as its under warranty.(1 yr warranty)
Call 1-888-NETGEAR and ask them give RMA(Return manufaturer Authorization) for this device.
They will test your device and provide you replacement
Just tell them Powerline device doesn't work at all for RMA.
