My 52in projection tv is changing channels on its own.

I have the same TV had the same problem while under Warranty Panasonic tech replaced the lamp

If you will look I bet you'll find a switch on the back of the TV for internal or external speaker. It's probably gotten switched to EXT. somehow.

It sounds like a convergence problem. A fairly common reason for thisproblem is the convergence chips have failed. They are usually referredto as "STK" chips since the model number of these chips start with STK.I will put a link to another part of this site where someone has postedpictures and a link where to get the parts should you decide to fix ityourself. There is a sub-board in this set that powers the convergence circuit. Often a big Ic shorts, two diodes and finally the main fuse. not something you can fix yourself.
