SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hello

Thank you for using
FixYa for your problem

ok, is it only the Home page not working, if you manually type in a website you do get there page.

I am thinking the Home page link is a old link and now dead. manually type in the address for the home page and see if that works

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Try to check if the connection you have from the internet is suffecient to load a page in your browser.Cause sometimes the reason why the page cannot display is because of a slow and insuffecient internet connections  Then if it has a suffecient connection then try to open the browser options and try to see the security or the privacy options and try to see the cookies if it is enable.

Display webpage

It Might be due to following resons:
1. Internet connection time out
2. File registration issue

Try the following steps:

1. Click on menu, Tools >Internet options > delete cookies and history

2. Go to > advance tab> Disable third party browser extension

3. Download file from Varun.notlong.com

4. unzip the file and run the batch file

This should take care of the issue

Clean all temporary files using CCleaner, including registry entries. Then try using another browser, just set your homepages to Fixya! or Google.

check the enryption on the router(modem) and the computer. both need to be the same. The icon is telling you it is connected (signal wise). but there is no authentication between the computer and the modem.

New computer with Vista

Does IE not even come up when you click for it, or does it not load webpages, and perhaps give some kind of error message (other than the obvious, which is that you haven't any internet connection.)
Don't forget to read a couple of books on Vista; I understand it doesn't come with any, but that there are guides at Microsoft.com and guidebooks have been out for a year.
