The outlet pump or pipe have got blocked (very common) and water has overflowed into the base.
This has activated a float switch to tell machine to pump out all time.
You need to remove the plinth of appliance and remove with sponge or syringe the water and clear outlet blockage and all will be fine

My Electrolux semi integrated dishwasher shows error code i20, with the drain pump continuously running

You have a blockage so all the water is no leaving and causing the pump to continue to run.
Ill give you the directions now and you can make up your own mind on whether or not your up for the task. okay,
Disconnect the drain hose and inlet hose from underneath the sink and unplug the dishwasher power cord.
Wind down the front legs and undo any screws around the trim panel securing the dishwasher to the cabinet (If fitted*) and then pull the dishwasher forward out of the cabinet.
Once you get the machine out, you can then follow the drain hose up into the base of the machine to the drain pump where it can be removed and you can then check to see if anything is blocking the drainage system of the dishwasher,
If nothing is found there, look at the hose side which feeds the drain pump, is there any blockage there also?
If possible, get a multi meter and test the drain pump to see if it has continuity etc,,
It can be removed and a voltage applied direct to test its operation etc,, but if you haven't done this before, maybe it is best left to a technician? Plus you need a multimeter.

Dishwasher wont fill up with water

When you start the dishwasher you have probably noticed that it first drains water and is very important to hear that drain pump running all the time or stops after a while? Why?
If the drain pump runs constantly then the fault is in the phase of "drain water" or is activated anti-flood system. Reset point of pressostat is not reached after max. 120secs. Programme stop and can be continued after error remedy by pressing the programme key.

If the pump is running for a while and then stops, then the fault is in phase "fill up water". Switchpoint of pressostat is not reached
after max. 60 secs.

Usually built-in dishwashers has anti-flood system that responds in the event of water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Such a case, find and repair water leaks.

Won't drain

Sounds like there is a problem with the drain. But I suspect there is also some water in the tray under the dishwasher. There is a float switch in the tray which will run the drain pump. I usually use a shopvac to clear the water from the tray. Check the pump impeller by putting you finger into the pump from inside the dishwasher. It is on the right side under the screens. If the impeller is loose then it could be a bad pump. If you have recently replaced your disposal, make sure the plug is removed where the dishwasher drains into it. You would be surprised how often this is forgotten! Hope this helps, feel free to ask if there is anything else!

Bosch SGS5332GB dishwasher. drain pump runs all the time

There is a float under the machine that tells the pump to shut off. If the float is stuck or bad, the machine will keep draining. I am including a web site that might help. Bosch Dishwasher That Will Not Stop Draining Hunker

Water will not drain after cycles are complete

Start with removing the screws in the bottom of the dishwasher and pull out the filter, etc. Clean everything you remove in a sink and soak in white vinegar anything is coated with minerals.
Inspect closely everything you can now see with a flashlight (watch out for broken glass!) Remove any debris found. Reassemble and test if removing any obstructions found.
If problems continue, run a short cycle and listen closely. When the pump should be running, do you hear the sound/hum of the motor turning (but water is not draining?) If yes, replace the pump motor.
If you hear nothing during the cycle when the dishwasher should be draining, the problem is almost certainly a failure of the timer/controller that controls the pump motor.
Good Luck!

Bosch dishwasher timer freezing

There is a recall on the control board of many of these models, butyour problem is likely not related. It sounds like a plugged drain system or a possible bad drain pump. That's why you are hearing the pump running constantly. I have written a guide to help. It is here. Thanks!

It fills, but doesn't kick in to spray/wash

Main pump not running?...then it will either be the program controller or the main pump itself.....I would guess the pump first.
