Question about Jensen VM9510 Car DVD Player
Have device hard wired to emergency brake wire in mits eclipse spyder, but, once connected and vid works, as soon as car is turned off and restarted, lose video again and can't get it back, so, was trying to find codes to override ebrake video defeat measure just to keep my car in one piece and be able to view video more than once
Sorry apparently was some miscommunication when posting my question, my unit is NOT the jensen but the dual xdvd10 and it actually DOES have an override code, a simple search on google turned it up and it worked like a champ from the get go.. SO, apologies if there was some misunderstandings, don't mean to step on any gurus toes or anything... thanks again

There is no e-brake override code. You have to hardwire it to bypass the e-brake. Take the peach-colored wire and ground it to metal inside the dash. Put a toggle switch inline on the wire and mount it somewhere you can reach it. When you get the blue screen when starting a movie, open the switch for 3-5 seconds, then close it again to reapply the ground. Your movie will start up, and you can then drive away with it playing.
