Hi,
you might have overloaded
your phone's memory. This is one of the major cause of this sort of problem. Browsing and most applications need memory to save files generated as they're used, like saving cookies in the case of browsing. What you should do is transfer some of your applications or data like music and videos from the phone's memory to the memory card if your phone has one, otherwise delete some data to free up the phone's memory.
Hope this helps
pls rate this:-)

HERE'S THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION:

I've also experienced the same problem with my phone before. What I did was:

1. I moved my received files to my music files.

2. After that, update the music player list to play the songs.

3. Or, you can delete unwanted files in your phone to get free memory.

Sometimes, the cause could be a program problem. In this case, your phone needs to flash with a higher version using mx key ,cyclone or UB box.

Another way of solving it is this way:

1. go to Menu -> Office -> File Manager
2. Select Phone Memory
3. Check Each And Every Folder such as Photos Videos and so on
4. Then Select Options->Mark All -> Options -> Move
5. Go to Memory card on File Manager
7. Select Options -> Move Here

If nothing happens, just contact your service provider. Thanks.

I can't format my phone memory.

If you can not reformat the phone memory, and since that the music player and the browser are not working, the best solution that I could advise you to do is to upgrade the firmware of the phone.

However, you need to send the phone to the nearest Nokia Care Center, and have them upgrade the firmware for you. Because they know the version of firmware that would work best for your phone.

Firmware upgrade will erase all the contents of the phone, will make your application work correctly, and will reformat the built-in memory of the phone.

Thank you and good luck!
