Aiwa cdc-r237 switch off demo mode and AIWA message

The above CD player was fitted as an after market replacement for my ford CD player. However it has something called "DEMO MODE" That and a very annoying ENJOY AIWA message on the screen anyone know how to remove said modes from the display?
I would be eternaly happy not to see the constabt reminder of my technophobia all the time LOL

Regards

I have the same problem which only happened recently when I had to have the battery disconnected.

Looks to be that it has gone back to "factory Mode" but I do not have the user manual/guide, but i think once you set it for your prefered radio stations etc it disappears!

Anybody know where I can get a user manual/guide? Have searched the web but cant find one.

    Thanks

1. Press and hold the SRC button until "ILL" appears on the display.
2. Press either the up or down switch until "DE" appears on the display.
3. Rotate the volume control until "DE 0" appears on the display. Don't touch the stereo for several seconds after that, so that it accepts the command and goes back to its normal display!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

If you have the remote, press the menu button and look for the demo mode settings or try turning your cd player with your ignition switch on but not crunk, press and hold the volume dial and wait for the demo mode settings to show up and turn the dial until the demo mode is disabled.....

I hope this helps you out bro, it's the only information that I could find on that unit.

JVC KD-G322 Demo mode

Hold down the "SEL" button, and use the CD track skip button to scroll to where the display says "DEMO," and use the volume knob to change the setting to "OFF." Push SEL again and you're good to go.

To turn off the demo you need to press the src button to put it in standby mode. Then press the menu button as if to change the settings and use the joystick to scroll right until you see demo, then turn it to off....

Do as above to allow you to enter AUX mode this will let you plug in your MP3 player to the input on the face and hear music through it ;)

hope this helps you
