Unless your camera was set to less than 1mp your pics would print fine even at 1 or 2 mp at 4x6 size-this may not be the problem-go into your menu and you can change the resolution-if pics are still messed up tell me what they look like and i'll try to help or send me samples

Need a manual for a Vivitar Vivicam 8600s

Generally speaking, zooming reduces clarity. This is already a low megapixel camera at 8.1 MP, with a 6X optical zoom. This means that, for anything up to 6 times the resolution, it'll really zoom in by adjusting lenses.

Everything after that (8.5X) will be digital, which will result in noisy (pixelated) pictures.

However, make sure to take a few zoomed pictures and view them on a PC or Mac with an actual monitor. It's possible that the zoomed pictures only look bad on the tiny screen of the camera itself.

I have olympus camedia 4.0 mega pixel. old camera. need to know how to change the camera photo storage from 18 photos to at least 64 photos storage

Hi, jamesepatton, and welcome to FixYa.
I am going to assume that you are referring to the camera's internal storage, as opposed to the camera's removable storage card.
Obviously, to increase the storage on a removable card, one need only purchase another, higher capacity storage card.
To change the camera's internal storage capacity, one needs to reduce the resolution of the pictures one takes.
Example- your Olympus is capable of taking a 4.0 mega pixel sized picture. This size picture can generate a fairly large data file (after all, pictures- like Word documents- are only data files!) While this is what is normally programmed into the camera at the factory, you are not 'married' to this size. In the "Setting" menu of the camera, there will be an option to change the mega pixel (mp) setting. Try lowering it to the next lower setting (say, 3.0 mp) and shoot until the camera tells you it's full. You may have to try several different mp setting, but eventually you'll land on the right one. It's going to depend a lot on what is in your pictures as well, as different scenes and content can affect file size.
A quick note here: Lowering the mp setting will affect the quality (and/or resolution) of the photo. I have found that for a great majority of the photos that I personally take, a 2.0 mp setting is just fine. I am by no means shooting magazine covers or entering my pictures in contests, I shoot 'em, print 'em and save 'em. Just your basic home pictures.
If resolution/quality is important, I would highly recommend that you save ALL pictures to a removable memory card and leave the camera set on 4.0 mp.
Good luck, and let us know how you go!

The internal memory is full; how do I correct this?

Delete pictures until it is empty. Use a higher capacity memory card and switch to it in the menus.

How many pictures can be stored on the internal memory of the KODAK EASYSHARE-ONE Zoom Digital Camera? Question : How many pictures can be stored on the internal memory of the KODAK EASYSHARE-ONE Zoom Digital Camera? Answer : The camera has 256 MB internal memory (185 MB available for image storage)*. The number of pictures that can be stored depends on the Picture Size (picture quality) setting selected on the camera as well as the level of detail of the subject. The following information can be used to approximate the average number of pictures that can be taken at each setting: 4.0 MP: 150 pictures 3.5 MP (3:2) : 167 pictures 2.1 MP: 270 pictures 1.1 MP: 451 pictures NOTE: Internal memory can store up to 1500 images, tagged as Favorites, optimized for viewing on the camera. Favorites as such are added to the camera through synchronization with EASYSHARE Software on your computer. See the camera user's guide, or click the Help button in EASYSHARE Software for more information.

I have a Kodak easyshare 8.2 mega pixel camera that will load pictures onto the computer but will not turn on to take pictures.....can you please help me i really need this camera to work

In most cases, the camera is beyond economic repair. If the camera is a few years old, buying a newer one is a better option. I'm seeing brand name 10 MP models NEW for $60. you might check online auction sites for used ones. I've picked up 5 MP ones for $5.

I have a Kodak Easy Share C310. It keeps saying that the internal memory card is full. The card is the camera is 200 photos yet it is only showing the original 16! Thanks, Kathy D

"internal memory card is full" There is no more space in the camera's internal memory. Your camera has 16 MB of internal memory. The number of pictures you can store depends on the Picture Size setting you have selected on your camera. The following are approximate number of pictures you can take at each setting: 4.0 MP: 16 pictures 3.1 MP: 18 pictures 2.8 MP: 20 pictures 2.1 MP: 29 pictures 1.1 MP: 48 pictures Internal Memory?the camera always uses internal memory, even if a card is installed. Auto (default)?the camera uses the card if one is in the camera. If not, the camera uses internal memory Image Storage Choose a storage location for pictures and videos. To correct the issue your getting follow this steps: 1.Press the Menu button. 2.Press to highlight the setting you wish to change, then press the OK button. - The settings you need to look for is Image Storage 3.Choose an option, then press the OK button. - The option you need to choose is Auto the camera uses the card if one is in the camera. 4.Press the Menu button to exit.

How many pictures can a kodek easy share m1063 take without a memory card

In your menu you will have a choice of "resolutions"(picture size) such as 9.0 mp,8.0 mp,6mp.8mp,5mp,3.1mp,2.2mp,2,1mp,1.2mp. The small the size(and poorer quality) that you choose, the more pictures you will be able to take. Your camera prob has internal memory of 32 mb and when you have selected your picture size it should show on the screen how many pictures you are able to take. Mine for instance will take 5 photos at 9 mp but 16 at 3.1. It really is worth having a spare memory card at all times to enjoy your camera fully.A 2 gig card gives over 1000 photos at 9mp.
