there actually isn't a helicopter cheat. Only Vice City Stories has drivable helicopters.

There's no such thing as a helicopter code for GTA LCS... well, if there is, maybe only RockStar Games knows about it!

There are other ways that you could getta helicopter... but they are rather quite complicated...
