Take the thread off of the bobbin and it will come right off. Generally this is caused by either winding the bobbin too fast or having too much tension on the thread.
Either way, take off the thread and it will come off.
Thread the machine in accordance with the owner's manual when winding a bobbin and wind at 1/2 speed and you should be fine.

Why is my bobbin thread jamming on viking juliet sewing machine

Be sure to clean out any stray fibers or threads in the bobbin area. Make sure the bobbin is smooth and doesn't have nicks or scratches.

Did you get solution yet? More than likely you have bad bobbins. Their probably old and maybe cracked. They usually stick on the winder when they get old. Try some new ones.

Needles keep breaking on lower bobbin, bobbin is to loose. if you hold in on bobbin it works fine. sewing machine is a viking constitution 200

I think that I would buy a new bobbin case. I don't know what they cost but, if that is not the problem, return it. At least, you will have tried something without costing anything

I have viking 1, my bobbin is stuck and will not

take out the parts in the bobbin area, you must have treads all tangled in there, and clean out all the lint.

Have a husquvarna viking 200 machine and the bobbin has stuck on the mechanism while I tried to remove it after the bobbin was filled. Have pulled and pulled and it simplyu will not come off. Thanks for...

I'm assuming you are talking about the rewinding mechanism on top. There are grooves in the bobbin which fit on to the rewinding spindle that holds the two together while the bobbin fills. It may be they have gotten out of synch or the bobbin is a non-standard Husqvarna Viking bobbin for that machine. These usually use green bobbins but they have come out with new colors but all have the Husqvarna logo on the bobbin -- an H. I would try to wiggle it slightly to try to remove it. If still will not come off, try popping it off with a flat head screw driver but be sure to put a folded towel under the screwdriver so that you don't damage the molding of the machine. If you still are unable to get it off, recommend taking it to an authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer. A list of dealers near you is available at the Husqvarna Viking website - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us

Good luck.

Can't put a bobbin on the winder Husqvana Viking 6020

Is this a Designer 1 or a #1? There is no moving lever on the pin of a Deigner 1,they are fixed. If it's a #1, use sewing machine oil or Triflow. NEVER use 3 in 1 oil. It will gum up and cause problems later on.

Viking sewing machine 545 bobbin stuck on rewind

It should just pull off of the winder shaft. There is a small spring that sticks out from the shaft to hold the bobbin in place (at least on my wife's Viking which is a different model number than yours). Is there a release button somewhere near?

Husqvarna viking 770 bobbin sticks on rewind post

I believe that you mean the bobbin is stuck on the winder. If so, take the thread off of it and it will come off easily.
Wind your bobbin at about 1/2 speed until it gets 1/4 to 1/2 full, then you can speed up. Also, make sure that the presser foot is up if winding with thread through the needle. Always make sure that thread feeds smoothly to the bobbin.
The bobbins stick when you have too much tension on the thread or wind too quickly. They will actually squeeze down on the bobbin winder post. Removing thread generally solves the problem.

Viking sewing machine

My Viking Rose bobbin winder wont release my bobbin. This is the second time this has happened with the same bobbin, and I got it off the first time by gently manipulating the bobbin. It was full of thread so I decided to use it and then dispose of the empty bobbin. Well, you can imagine what happened! When it was empty, I, of course, forgot and put it right back on the winder. What do I do?
