Start your Windows in Safe Mode (pressing F8) during boot process and adjust your Display Settings to a lower resolution.... say 1024 x 768. Once fixed, you can play around again increasing the resolution a notch at a time.

AOC i-menu downloaded but does not work this is a new monitor E2270SWHN 21.5 inch

  1. Try Reinstalling: Sometimes, software issues can be resolved by simply reinstalling the program. Try uninstalling the AOC i-menu software from your computer and then downloading and installing it again from the official AOC website.
  2. Check Compatibility: Make sure that the version of the i-menu software you downloaded is compatible with your operating system. If you're using Windows 10, for example, ensure that you've downloaded the version of the software designed for Windows 10.
  3. Update Drivers: Ensure that your monitor drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues with software like i-menu. You can usually find driver updates on the AOC website or through your computer's device manager.
  4. Contact Portrait Displays: Despite the difficulty in reaching them, continue trying to contact Portrait Displays through the link provided by AOC support. You can also try reaching out to them through their social media channels or any other contact information you can find online.
  5. Check Community Forums: Sometimes, other users might have experienced similar issues with the i-menu software and found solutions on community forums or discussion boards. Try searching online for any threads related to your problem and see if there are any suggested fixes.
  6. Alternative Solutions: While waiting for support, consider alternative software solutions for adjusting your monitor settings. There may be third-party software available that can provide similar functionality to i-menu.

I recently bought an AOC E790Sw monitor. When I try to install the monitor driver using the method described in the manual, it gives a "a service installation in this inf is invalid" and there is a yellow exclamation mark in front of the monitor "AOC 1970w" in the device manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem remains the same. I'm running windows xp pro. Thank you.

Is Nvidia Geforce 210 compatible with AOC e1620Swb monitor?

Hello i guees you have to uprade your graphic driver
with the newest one.

This is the drver for XP:

And this is for windows 7 64 bit:

http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/49949

If other drivers needed:

Remember to uninstall the old one before you install the new one.

Try also to check the screen resolution on the screen
set it to factory settings.
But the game resolution could also have been set to high
when this happens you get a black screen.

Good luck

We have purchased two e950Sw LED 18.5 monitors to replace the crt monitors on two of our computers. Old monitors worked fine. Both of these monitors when hooked up get the "No signal" message....

Hello,

Your old monitors might have had a higher screen resolution or and incomparable resolution for your new monitors.
Probably the easiest way to get them to work is to plug the old monitors in then go to your control panel / display and set the resolution to 1366 x 768 as this is the native resolution of the e950Sw LED.

Screen+ application that came with my AOC monitor isnt working when I try to change the configuration to multiple on display 1 or display 2. What happens is "AOC grid screen executable file has...

This sounds like a computer problem and not really a television problem. Check your driver files.

Try removing your driver files. Then disconnect your AOC monitor. Reboot the computer and login. Shut down the computer and reconnect the AOC monitor. Start the computer. Now install the monitor drivers.
