I presume that you have a screen resolution problem. Right click on an empty space on the desktop, then left click properties. Click on the settings tab at the top. Slide the screen resolution slider to the right if you can and that should fix the issue. If you cant and windows is telling you that you have a generic adapter qand a generic monitor then you need the drivers for your video card. Let me know more specifics if this isnt the solution you needed

Why can't I enlarge Netflix movie on computer screen

Hi Linda,

What browser are you using? Typically, when viewing a Netflix title, there should be a little full screen button on the bottom right corner that you can click on to take it full screen.

I've included the troubleshooting guide from Netflix below for full screen issues:

Netflix full screen is not working on my computer

Hope this helps!

Then it most likely will not play in full screen mode due to the format of the game itself.

Full screen programs keep getting minimized

Are you running Folding@Home? If so that program will minimize all (or at least most) full screen programs. If you are running it you will have to exit it before running any full screen apps.

F11 key won't enlarge to a full screen

Can you place your mouse on an open area of the screen you would like to enlarge, right click the mouse and see if Lock toolbars has a check mark next to it...If it does, remove the check mark. Then go to View and click on Full Screen...Hopefully that will enlarge the screen.

If it does, click on the F11 button and see if it then shrinks the screen and click on F11 again to see if it enlarges it...Providing it does both, your problem could now be resolved...Either way, post back here and let us know.

How do i get a full screen on my macbook of the application i am viewing?

there is no full screen exactly like there is in windows, however the green button in the upper left corner is what you want to click first. then if you need to get it bigger yet, you can drag from the box in the lower right corner to fill your screen. Most mac users don't do full screen like windows users do, but if you desire to have it, you just need to resize the window yourself. next time you open the program it will come up the size you left it.
