if camera and base are within a few feet of one another does it have a problem obtaining a signal (syncing ) ?? as if it works ok then there might be a object that is getting in the way of the signal , radio waves move from its transmitter (camera) towards its receiver (monitor) in a straight line , if there is too large a mass in the way then the radio wave can't penetrate it and will be "lost" also ck both the camera's and bases battery levels (if they have one) for proper peak power level , as it takes energy to drive the radio signal towards its receiver .
If you're in the United States, click the "Contact Us" tab and go from there. You'll have to get a Return Authorization Number before you can ship anything back to them.
If you're not in the United States, click the "Change" link near the upper right corner, select your country or region of the world, and go from there.

My monitor was stuck on one of my cameras and when I turned it off and on again it was stuck in the hello screen. I took the battery out and put it in again. Then I pressed the button on the left (I have a best view) and pressed the right arrow key until I got to the view can screen. It turns out something was wrong with just one of my cameras as I could view the other one. I unplugged and replugged that camera and that solved my problem!
Turn on both camera and monitor. Bring the monitor close to the camera. Press menu button and scroll down to "add camera" Press and hole the pairing button on the back of the camera and press and hold the centre button on the monitor and hold for a few seconds. The monitor should soon show what the camera sees. Then just close up menu.
Hello jesslsch,
For a problem like this, there's pretty much 3 solutions.
1) You could grab a piece of scotch tape or some other adhesive and stick the button into the "on" position
2) Bring it to a local electronics repair shop to get it professionally fixed
3) Purchase a new unit
I hope this information has been helpful.
Your monitor has become unpaired with your camera. Follow the instructions in the manual to pair them again (basically, tell the monitor piece to Add New Camera while you press the Pair button on the camera). The manuals can be downloaded from www.summerinfant.com.
We have the same exact problem on both channels. It has worked perfectly for a year and a half but now it has a constant pulsing. Summer is our brand too.
