To totally reset the scale and remove any old data in the users take battery out for 2 hours.

To use the USER functions:
Tap scale to turn it on
When you see "0.0" press
Press SET button. "P-1" will appear and blink
Use UP/DOWN button to select a user number
once desired user number (1-4) appears press SET button to confirm

when 0.0 appears step on scale this will enter your starting weight
press SET to confirm
scale automatically sets a goal weight of 10% below starting. you can raise or lower it by using arrow buttons-Press SET to confirm

Tracking weight
tap, see 0, select user number. Scale displays start weight, then goal weight then 0.0 and you weigh yourself. In the smaller windows it will display last weight and the difference between current and last weight then diff between current and start then diff between current and goal

I just purchased a Healthometer Weight & Body Fat Monitoring Scale. I successfully setting up my scale, I think? When I turn the scale on and weight for the 0.0 to appear, I get on the scale and it...

These scales use sensors to measure the electrical resistance of the human body to calculate body fat. If you are not stepping on the scale barefoot then that might be the reason why it is timing out. These scales require you to step on it barefoot so it can take a measurement through your feet. And using the height and gender information in combonation with the resistance measurement it can calculate your approximate body fat precentage. If you are stepping on the scale barefoot then make sure that your feet are properly placed into the sensors and avoid any movement. Let me know if you have any questions.

How do I clear all settings on a Conair ww41 scale? Removing the battery does not work.

The instructions I have do tell you how to reset the scale, but I suggest you remove the battery and leave it out over night that may allow the internal memory time to loose the settings.
