    Sorry, yea I downloaded MixVibes to my MacBook Pro and I plugged the iDJ3 into my macbook, and when I turn on mixvibes, it says that the iDJ3 is not connected or cannot be found. Therefore, I cannot use it. I was wondering what the problem might be.

Ok my computer completly reset itself and and my numark idj3 its kinda old so the serial number on the back is riped off and i need to reinstall virtual dj but its asking for my serial number and i dont got it how would i get it again so i can start using virtual dj again

it should just be plug and play but in your config make sure your controller is your soundcard. but if need the drivers www.numark.com or www.virtualdj.com

Ok i just purchased my idj3 and installed all the software it camre with. Once you open software and hook up usb nothing works the lights come on but only the keylock on both and a cue and b cue and none...

Make sure you install the software in the CD provided with the iDJ3. IF you already have, try to uninstall, restart and then reinstall. Sounds like the drivers for your device was not properly loaded to your PC which cause it not to recognize. If it still doesn't work after that, I suggest that you contact Numark tech support for further troubleshooting at this link: http://www.numark.com/content54

IDJ3 - left turntable is not responsive. Is there a way to fix the settings for the turntables?
i have the exact same problem but its my right.. its been out of the box for half an hour..
