Our projector was functioning properly with our Dell D630 Latitude laptop until just a little while ago. When we tried to use it today it gives an error message "Unsupport Signal". We have tried changing input port, switching laptops and changing cables as well as adjusting the resolution on the laptop. We are at a loss. What are we doing/not doing?

Color wheel failed. Clean the glass pieces out loose in the unit and replace the color wheel assy with Toshiba part no: 23125963. No soldering is required, just a no. 2 phillips screwdriver and and a set of jeweler's phillips screwdrivers like Radio Shack has.

Reset the LAMP COUNTER HOURS:
1. Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord.
2. Press and hold down the three buttons at a time (ON/STANDBY) (MENU) and (INPUT) and plug in power cord.
3.The lamp hours counter will automatically turn to zero
4. Now you press POWER BUTTON and after warm up you check lamp operation counter in the STATUS display it should be "0"
