My pc speakers is not workin but i plug the headset then headset working

Make sure you have the volume turned up and not muted. Check the Audio Sound properties and make sure you have it set to play on the PC Speakers. Click Start/Control Panel and look for Audio or Sound. Check to make sure you have the PC Speakers set correctly. You can also get to the Audio Sound Properties by clicking the megaphone at the bottom right near the time.

You could try downloading and installing the Audio Drivers again.
Try using VLC as your player. Go to www.google.com andin the search box type "download vlc" (without the quotes). Look for the Video Lan download from site www.videolan.org/vlc Downloadand install it. It downloads and installs in 3 minutes or so. It'sa very fast player, smooth and it can play just about any type of dvd formatsand media. It's totally FREE.

In this lap hp probook 4520s in movie playing time i cannt get the sound from the head phone

Hi there, I'm going to type out some different things that may be wrong

This part will be in case you have headphones with USB If you have USB headphones or headset you'll have to install the drivers for it from either the disk you got with the headset or from the manufacturer's website. It's also possible that your particular headset doesn't have drivers though but often times this is the problem. The other very possible option is the following
This is for any headset On your system tray at the right bottom of your screen you will see a speaker icon, right click it and then click sound devices (or whatever exactly it is in english. There you will see all of your connected audio devices. Make sure that your headphones are set as the default device. You may have to restart your media player for the changes to get through.
If these things didn't help try installing a different media player (I highly recommend a media player called VLC since it can play pretty much anything. This may also solve the problem

I hope I was able to help

Headset installed but doesn't work

We used the following steps recently with a customer and it fixed his problem:

In Windows, click Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices / Audio tab / Sound playback box / Default device: Plantronics C620 (instead of RealTek HD Audio Output)

He also had to restart WMP (Windows Media Player) and it worked great.

Good Luck from Headsets Direct!

I have connected the headset Blue-tooth with my laptop there is a blue tooth connection but no sound (music).from my media player (windows) I can change the numbers but there is no music. Hetset DR-BT21G...

It seems your laptop Bluetooth could be 1.1 version and headphones are 2.1 it won't work. I would suggest wired headset or get a 2.1 the difference is 1.1 doesn't not allow high quality sound 2.1 does allow stereo sound. here is a sample IOGear USB 2.1 Bluetooth Micro Adapter GBU421

Logitech usb headset a-0356a trouble hearing

I don't have these headsets here and the setup to troubleshoot for your fault. But, I have an opinion.

It seems that the driver for the headset is not routing the sound from the net or other applications to the USB ports, as like with the sound from the media player.

For IE, look in the advanced settings for media and see if there is a setting for this. Also, check out all the media settings in the system for this.

I would search out the properties of the headset to see if there is a setting for this. Also search out the properties of the sound card where it allows for USB and regular sound sharing or routing.

I would also get in touch with the manufacture of this headset to find out if they know something or have a solution.
