Question about AT&T 5830 Telephone
We have the att 1070 in our small office, all is great except the speakerphone which cuts in and out making it unusable. We replaced it with another 1070 thinking it was just a problem with the first phone however our second phone has the same problem. Has anyone heard of this being a common problem with this model and is there any help?
Try assigning extension numbers to your phones that are as far apart as possible. Not sure if this will work. Testing it on my phone. Think maybe - especially on intercom problems. The extensions are no doubt frequency assignments and may be interfering with each other - or something else in your nearby systems

We have struggled with this issue in our office for quite a while. Removing the battery and leaving it out for five to ten minutes and then reassembling seems to solve the problem for quite a while. Good luck!!
