Question about HP Pavilion zd8000 Notebook
My computer won't turn on. When I plug it in, the blue light in front comes on showing that it's getting power, but that's all that it will do.
I understand that your Notebook is not turning on.
However, try to perform the following steps.
= Power Drain =
1. Disconnect the AC Adapter.
2. Remove the Battery.
3. Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Reconnect the AC adapter and Battery.
5. Turn on the Notebook power.
If the issue persists, I am afraid that you need to repair your Notebook.
