Yes. Monitors are monitors, the only thing you need to check is the plug, the old style VGA, the little blue port on the back of your computer or the new DVI which can be a white or black plug.
You shouldn't need the monitor installation software, monitors are plug and play, you simply plug them in and Windows will install and configure it for you.
