Question about Canon EOS-20D Digital Camera with 17-85mm Lens

I too have a Canon 20D and receive the same message. Zoombrowser works fine with my Canon G3, so the way I get around this problem is by using the other software that came with the 20D called EOS Viewer. This software will download your images every time. You might try sending a note to Canon's support team on the Canon website. They are very quick to respond to all questions and they can probably respond to this question too. Good luck!
