Well,
Connect it to your PC then use the arrow keys of the mobile to change the transfer mode to PC SUIT
mode.
The PC SUIT selection might be up or it might be down,so try both, first try up then press the ok button
of the mobile,if it doesnt show the PC SUIT mode on your PC,disconnect the mobile and re connect it
again then try the down key and press the ok button of your mobile.
This will work 100%
basically nokia mode is meant only for those if u want to use ur for for internet nad short term applications..........for storage purposes data storage mode is used
This is only a suggestion: If you want to use the software that comes with the camera, PIXELA ImageMixer 3 SE, this needs to be installed first. Also make sure the camcorder is set on Play mode and that you have chosen which memory you want to transfer data from. Alternatively, you can transfer the movies through iMovie, which is usually the easiest way. If you are not familiar with transfering and editing movie clips, I would recommend this. Apart from this, as always, I referr to the user manual. Good luck!
Please have a look to this...
First attached the usb cable with pc then with your phone if an option appear on your screen to chose phone or file transfer mode then there is no problem with your usb cable if the option does not appears then your pc suite is ok the problem is in your usb cable or the tooth of your mobile are dirty.

I bought a W300i also, a barebones dealers unit. I am building it custom to my specs. The Disc2Phone software is available as a free download from Sony at the following link:
http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=us&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1_1_3_3_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&esi=true&fid=10397&pid=10179
It has a variety of tools you may find useful.
FYI: The Sony support documents and website indicate the phone will only support MicroSD cards up to 512MB. However, users report using up to 2GB cards with no problem. (If you want to store lots of music & photos.)
Cheers.
