Are you talking about the crown or the dial at any rate for the crown try Red rooster on the internet and the face there are many companies that will refinish the dial/face for a mere 30 or 40 USD
A watch repairman may be able to adjust gasket to fix, if not it means the dial feet on the face are broken and that repair will be a bit expensive if parts available.
Pull out crown and leave it in this position. This will stop watch to work and do any further damage by catching parts inside. I doubt that this would be under the warranty, because without any outside force (usually knocking) these parts would not come off. I know that you will disagree with this, but experience says that 95% of people do not recognise they watch has been knocked. I'm not here to argue, but to help. You do not need to find a particular KC repair shop. Any local watch repair shop can fix this, as this is the common problem to all watches. Just type in your browser: Watch repairs in Miami, US (or wherever you live), and you will come up with local watch repair addresses. Choose the nearest one to save your time and travel money. As a professional watchmaker I can tell you: even if your watch still under warranty, this kind of damage are not covered and you would be charged anyway - even if you would send watch to KC.
