Search for, and download a program called Aida32 (personal edition, which is shareware)
This program will tell you the make and model of your mainboard, and even suggest links for the drivers.
It's best to find out what board it is, then go to that manufacturer's website to download the drivers.
e.g: An Abit NF7 (my old board) would require me to go to www.abit.com
Gigabyte is www.gigabyte.com.tw
and so on...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
