Check the steel fuel line under the intake manifold had one that was almost completely clogged shut with **** took a month of hunting but found this to be the problem
check your fuel pump pressure and I'm sure you changed your fuel filter. Blow compressed air back through fuel line as it may be something floating in tank. Does flow change when gas cap is off? Is this 20 or 22R motor?
Not sure if this helps or not but at least you can check. On my '88 that was not fuel injected location was by the rear wheel on the passenger's side. If anything, just follow your fuel line from the tank. You'll eventually find it. That's how I found mine. I thought originally it would be under the hood.
MOST LIKELY A 10W-30 MOTOR OIL. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT TOYOTA RECOMMENDS JUST CALL A TOYOTA DEALER AND TALK TO THE PARTS DEPARTMENT OR THEIR SERVICE WRITER THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT TOYOTA FACTORY RECOMMENDS.
You have rust particles in the float bowl. The easiest thing to do is remove the side cover of the carb (the thing that unbolts, with a sight-glass on it) and spray carb cleaner into the float bowl until it is clean.
