It is due to the fact that your operating system is corrupt.. So please take your mobile to service to the nearest nokia service centre..Formatting your mobile is also an option for you..Thank you...

Hello,

The problem with your phone screen is that the screen is bad.

If the phone is a slide phone, all you need to do is just to change the flex on the screen of the phone and you will see that your phone will start to display again.

But if it is not a slide, all you will need to do is to get a brand new screen on your phone, replacing the screen with a brand new screen.

I advice that, while going to get the screen, you go with your phone in other to get the exact screen and a working screen.

The two above will solve your blank screen problem.

unfortunate downside of the model phone, unless its still under warranty, i suggest a replacement phone, claim this on ur house insurance

Please verify that your settings are as follows, and then you should be all set!

From the standby screen, press the Menu Key.

Scroll to "Settings," press Select.

Scroll to "WebAccess," press Select.

Scroll to "Web Sessions," press Select.

Screen went blank


have u dropped ur fon? try if you can still recieve a call or a meassage, if so, your flex cable was faulty or cutted. but if you can't make a call if its just white screen your fon program might corrupted and need to be reprogrammed.
