Hello Josie14.

The answer to your problem is very simple. All you need to do is to re-install the program.

Simply insert the cd with the programs on and follow the on-screen instructions.

The install will then put Microsoft Office Word back on, and will also install any related links or other programs that were deleted by the add/remove program.

If you have any other problem please post and I will be happy to help you.

There is no chance to rollback after uninstalling the softwares not only for office. What you have to do is you need to obtain a genuine office cd with serial key and again you have to install it.. If you dont have the cd try to download it from www.mininova.org its a torrent portal.

Hope this will be helpfull.

Bye..

from http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318244 .

How do I reconfigure microsoft office standard edition 2003?

Try repairing your office installation. To do that you will go to your control panel and select Add Remove Programs. Find your Microsoft Office 2003 and click on it like you would remove it. There you should be able to select repair instead of remove. This will repair the installation and should fix your problem.
