Whin i try to play winzip and all audio progaram, PC was silence...Result said...DirectSound output v2.2.10 error..Bad DirectSound driver.please install proper drivers or select another device configuration..Error code 88780078...would you help me find problem solving for my PC ? i'm realy amateur about PC problem

The easiest way, you can scan your computer to know which driver you is required. There is a free software that does that. It is found on the website www.driverguide.com. Under the title Welcome to driverguide!, there is a small section 'Quick start'. On the second step 'Scan your system for updates', click on that link and then another screen comes up. Click on Click to start: the download starts. Once it is downloaded, you execute the file (drvscn.exe).

Open the Media Player
At the top, Click on "Tools"
Click on the "Devices" tab
In the list of devices, double-click on "Speakers"
Under 'audio device to use' it probably lists your sound card ...THIS
IS WRONG!!! !using the selector button on the right side of the window,
change this setting to:
"Default Directsound Device" (Note that "Directsound" will show as one
This problem happens because MS never should have allowed this setting
to be changed ... it's senseless.
3. Click Start, then Run. Type dxdiag, then click OK. Choose the sound
tab. You should see your device and driver there and you can even test
the sound. If there is no device or driver, just install it and check
it with dxdiag again.
you need to install the compatible relatek high definition audio driver. go to www.driverguide.com and download and install the driver compatible to your hardware. If its a branded computer go their website and download the drivers from there.
