You don't need to use Olympus batteries. The D-395 uses two standard AA batteries, either disposables or alkalines. You should be able to find AA batteries at just about any department store, drugstore, electronics store, office-supply store, or supermarket.
The E-7AU AC Adapter is designed for the D-395 Digital Camera. It outputs 3.4 Volts at 2.5 Amps. The stock number is 200751. It can be purchased through an Olympus dealer or the Olympus Emporium at https://emporium.olympus.com/ or 1-800 201-7766.
The CD packaged with the camera provides a full Reference Manual in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat, which is provided on the CD, is necessary to view the PDF manual. The printed manual that is included with the camera is the "Instruction Manual".
