I can't find out how to increase the size of the pictures I take!
When I download my pictures onto the computer, I want them to be
600 X 450 pixels but instead they are 320 X 240, which is very very small.
I tried changing around the print sizing on upper right corner from 10M to everything else, but that didn't make any difference.

Re: my pictures come out too small when downloaded!!
Instead of going to print size, you need to head to the quality tab of your camera. Here you will find the option for 640 x 480. This size is only good though for email quality. If you want a higher quality for printing images, you need to move that resolution up.
TIP: I myself have a casio camera and i take all my pictures at the highest availible quality. You can always reduce the file size on your computer, but you can never add quality. While it may take more space on my card, it is like the old saying about dressing warmly... you can always peel layers off....

You don't say the make and model of your camera, so I can't direct you to a downloadable manual. However, one way that I make small print instructions more readable is to photocopy them with a size increase. Nowadays most photocopy machines, including those built into multi-function printers, will allow you to "blow-up" the item you are copying to double size or more.
You can edit picture sizes in various graphics programs, but if you just want to view the full picture on your screen then there are a number of viewers that will automatically size it to fit. The one I like is called FastStone. It is a free program you can download from download.com.
The short answer is NO, I think, unless you set the camera to take small file sized images. What do you mean by small by the way? Sounds like you have a specific purpose in mind but remember small "file sizes = less detail".
Is resizing a big chore - there are plenty of freeware utilities out there to do batch resizing if you find resizing tedious for all you images.
An image filesize can be reduced by two ways. Reducing the physical dimensions and by increasing the compression. If you want your images to be small from the start, you should consult your cameras user guide to learn how to set these options. If you want to reduce them later you could probably do so using software supplied with your camera. There are also plenty of programs available for free which are capable of perfoming such tasks. eg. http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dleasyimgmod.html
if its digital and you have a card that goes into your camera, you can take it out.. put it into you compuer reader if you have one on your computer, its a slot for the sound card, if not you can buty a card reader..its called scan disk. it takes 4 sizes of cards..intalled this on your computer and then put your card into slot and you should beable to see your picture on computer. . or go onto google and type your camera name and downloads and c if they have anything there.or call the manufature of the camera to see if theyll send you another at a cost. hope this help
You should have a setting on the camera with the option of picture quality and size. Select fine quality rather than super fine. Then you should select the size, small, passport, medium, postcard, large and widescreen are the usual terms. But somewhere it should give the actual size in dimensions e.g 640x480. This is the size i would recomend for downloading. When you download the images from the memory card make sure that when you are asked Where you want to save them you also check which format they are being saved as!! Save them as a jpeg and not a bitmap image as this is the most common used by websites. If you need to resize an image you already have on the pc,click on it and then right click, you should then have an option to "open with" and you can choose from many different applications.I find the easiest and quickest is" Paint" It will then open in the paint programe, goto image at the top of the page and click resize. you can then choose what size you like. Bear in mind that resizing affects quality although you can adjust virtually anything with the paint software.
