Request instructions from Revlon.

Call Revlon's customer service and tell them that you bought the product but did not receive the users manual and they will send you one.

I can understand your frustration and disappointment; however,is the product still under warranty? You bought the product so it is up to you to write a letter of complaint to the manufacturer, Mr. Suarez.Go online and get the address. Address your letter to Supervisor of Customer Complaints. You will have to prove that damage to the product wasn't your fault so if possible, send pictures with the letter. Best wishes.

It's prob defective. Try calling the store to get a refund. If you also shoot the Revlon Customer Service people, and tell them what happened, they may respond and you may get a coupon. Remember to be polite.

This one was actually not too hard to find.....but you'll have to hurry,there's only 2 in stock.
