for some unknown reason my cd/dvd rewriter burner will not start (code 10 ) when i look in device manager. i send error report but still the problem is there. I am using a Toshiba Equium A200 running Vista. It was working fine 4 days ago. I have tried rolling back using restore point but made no difference.
