Question about Magellan Maestro 4040 GPS Receiver
I recently tried updating my Magellan 4040 GPS with the latest firmware update (v2.36). The update utility ran fine, however when I uplugged the USB cable from the GPS, it rebooted, showed the Magellan logo, and then displayed a blue screen stating "!!!File Error!!! Please Cold Boot and Try Again." I tried cold booting and the interface appears normal, but whenever I try to access anything with maps it reports "Map Initialization Status: Please insert SD Card with Maps." I've tried reinstalling the update, with no luck. Would really appreciate your expert advice! Thanks!
