I lost the remote of my JVC DVD/CD Car Player KD-DV4306... How can I set my tv system from pal to nstc and vice versa.

You need to change PSM (preferred setting mode) for video format (PSM menu 9)

Check page 23 on how to change PSM and page 24 for list of PSM, of the user manual here : Download INSTRUCTIONS
